Company registration number: Cg.01-09-424687 <b>International Medical Partners Kft.</b> (hereinafter referred to as IMP) provides the following information to job seekers and candidates whose personal data it processes in connection with recruitment activities (hereinafter referred to as Candidates). This policy outlines the scope, purpose, and principles of data processing, as well as the rights and remedies available to Candidates. <b>1. Scope, Purpose, and Duration of Data Processing</b> The purpose of processing personal data is to facilitate the recruitment of Candidates for IMPs clients. Candidates may provide consent for their personal data to be processed for a specific job vacancy or for general recruitment purposes. <b>Scope of Processed Data</b> IMP processes the following personal data based on the Candidates consent: - Full name, email address, mobile phone number, address - Workplace, position, education, professional skills, language skills - Nationality, LinkedIn profile ID, CV - Age, honors/awards, earliest start date for a new position - Salary expectations, current salary, non-compete clauses, student agreements Additional data may be processed for specific job vacancies based on the Candidates explicit consent. IMP does not process sensitive data unless required for a specific position and always with prior consent. <b>Data Retention</b> Personal data is retained until the Candidate requests its erasure or for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing, whichever occurs first. IMP periodically reviews the necessity of retained data and encourages Candidates to update their personal information as needed. Candidates are contacted periodically to verify and update their data. <b>2. Legal Basis for Data Processing<b> The legal basis for data processing is the Candidates consent under: - <b>Article 5(1)(a)</b> of Act CXII of 2011 (Hungarian Data Protection Act) - <b>Article 6(1)(a)</b> of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) IMP personnel may contact potential Candidates using publicly available data to request consent for data processing. This contact is based on IMPs legitimate interest as per Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. <b>3. Data Access, Transfer, Security, and Processing</b> <b>Access</b> IMP employees have access to personal data and may contact Candidates regarding job vacancies or data updates. Newsletters containing professional content and exclusive job offers may also be sent. <b>Data Transfer</b> Personal data is shared with IMP clients only with the Candidates explicit consent (given verbally or in writing). If a client resides outside the EU, the Candidate will be informed, and data transfer will occur only with specific consent. IMP is not liable for any breaches committed by its clients, as clients act as independent data controllers. <b>Data Processing</b> IMP utilizes Traffit (https://imp.traffit.com/) for automated data processing. Data is securely stored on AWS servers located in Germany, with regular security updates and daily backups. In the event of a data breach, IMP commits to full transparency and timely notification of Candidates and authorities. <b>4. Cookies</b> The imedicalpartners.com website does not use cookies. <b>5. Candidate Rights and Remedies</b> Candidates have the right to: - Object to data processing. - Request correction, deletion, or transfer of their data. - Obtain information about data processing practices. Upon request for deletion or correction, IMP promptly ensures compliance and documents the actions taken in Traffit.
